Shipments and returns

Domestic (Within Australia)

Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking is available when products are sent via Register Post or Express Post. Packages sent via Regular & Registered Post generally take between 5 - 7 working days. Express post orders will take 1 - 2 working days depending on your location. Parcels within Western Australia generally only take 1 - 2 working days. We will inform you when your order has been dispatched and give you any relevant tracking information.

We do not charge packing or handling fees, all you pay is the postage cost. We have now implemented a maximum fixed cost delivery cost, the most you will pay for postage within Australia is $15.00 via Regular Post and $17.70 via Registered Post. Express Post is still charged at Australia Post rates. If you are not satisfied that the calculated postage cost is accurate, please contact us and we will provide you a manual postage estimate.

All orders are carefully packed in order to prevent damage during transport. However, damage can still occur in transit so we recommend sending all orders via Registered Post. For only an additional $2.70 your order has tracking information and insurance.

International

Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via International Air Mail. Packages sent via International Air Mail generally take 3 - 10 working days depending on your location. We will inform you when your order has been dispatched and give you any relevant tracking information.

We do not charge packing or handling fees, all you pay is the postage cost. Postage costs are calculated by weight. If you are not satisfied that the calculated postage cost is accurate, please contact us and we will provide you a manual postage estimate.
