At first I was worried about ordering over the net but that soon disappeared after talking to Dave at Nitro Cricket. They go out of their way to get you the best equipment to suit you. I was able to describe exactly what I needed and was offered a variety of options. Quick responses to all my questions no matter how minor they were. As a result I now not only own the best bat I've ever used, but at almost half what I payed for my last bat!

I came accross Nitro Cricket when I was looking for the BDM Titanium Pads. Out of the three places on the internet I queried, one did not reply, one replied with useless information (as if they dont want to sell to me) and one replied with a good detailed information, which was Nitro Cricket. It was also the one offering the best price.

Nitro Cricket in my opinion is very customer oriented. Nitro Cricket provided me with good responses for every question I had, even though some were probably just silly questions! They even weighed three different pads just to answer my curiosity and described the material and every little bit of detail I asked for. Unlike others who probably just copied descriptions of products from the manufacturer's website, Nitro Cricket have a detailed description of each product they sell. Have a look at the range of bats they sell, each one of them have the actual picture of the bat they're selling, how much it weighs and how many grains are actually on the bats.

It probably took me about two weeks of sending emails back and forth to Nitro Cricket before I decided to buy the pads and never once I felt like being forced to buy during that time. Nitro Cricket also kept in contact with me after I bought the pads making sure I got what I wanted and that I'm a satisfied customer.

I had a bad experience before with buying Cricket Gear online, but Nitro Cricket made it a really good, comfortable and pleasant experience which definitely will make me go back for more!
